VINIT VEDI - MANAGING DIRECTOR BSc FIRP

Vinit graduated from Southampton University in 1979 with an Honours Degree in Economics & Politics and has over thirty years experience in the search and selection industry. He jointly established Withey & Vedi in 1992. As a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals he is committed to operating according to the highest ethical standards and to the IRP Standards of Professional Conduct.

Vinit is highly respected for being one of UK’s most knowledgeable operators in the retail, leisure and related property sectors. He has handled numerous high profile appointments with integrity and professionalism.

He personally manages all assignments with passion, an exceptional insight and eye for detail and has an enviable reputation for producing relevant and high quality shortlists and successful appointments. He has also developed long standing relationships with both clients and candidates.

Liz Pearce - Admin & Research Support

Liz has worked for many years as a PA/Administrator, supporting Sales, Marketing and Accounts. Liz’s background includes working for a number of companies including Pembroke Lodge, Richmond Council and Character Cottages. She provides administrative, secretarial and research support.

Helen West - Research Manager

As Research & Administration Manager, Helen plays a key support role in the successful execution and delivery of search and selection assignments and consultancy projects. She joined Withey & Vedi over ten years ago.

Kim Blackwell – Admin & Research Support

Kim is RSA qualified and has spent her entire career in PA/Admin positions, since leaving school.

Most of her roles have been with Solicitors Practices, and attention to detail is her forte. She has also worked with a Plastics Company and a family run business. She provides Secretarial, Administration and Research Support, as well as being a Data Administrator.
